You play the Traveller, a man who goes through time from the Road to Hell, to Ancient Greece, to Scandinvania to Ancient Egypt in order to fight an evil god who wants to rule time. Encounter enemies like Vikings and the Medusa and defeat him and save time. Amstrad Action awarded this Mastergame status in AA56 but would I vote the same?

Graphics

MODE 1 graphics are used in this game, but the detail is so good. Everything is animated brilliantly and no expense has been spared on here. The 4 colour mode has been well used, especially in the external screens of Ancient Greece and the screens set on the Viking ship in level 3 with lighting and thunderstorms.

Sound

Not much here except for fireballs and other minor sound effects.

Gameplay

I kept coming back to this game until I completed it and despite completing it, I still come back for more. A menu system is used to select items and this is well implemented and works well.

Overall view:

This is a good game and is well worth downloading and playing for years to come. Well worthy of AA Mastergame status.
