A licence based on one of my favourte TV shows. Become Leonardo, Michaeangelo, Raphel and Donatello as they go through a six level game to rescue TV reporter April O?Neill, stop a New York dam from exploding, rescue the Turtle?s mentor Splinter and steal the mutant reversing gun from the evil Shredder.

Graphics

MODE 0 graphics are put to work here, but apart from the loading screen, there wasn?t a lot of detail. Lots of good colours and lots of speed. But it could have been worst. Good job we didn?t get a Speccy port although the Spectrum version used lots of colour.

Sound

Blips as you hit stuff and get hit. And an annoying buzz during the introduction text.

Gameplay

When you first play this, you will want to keep going until you get to the end. But after a while, it?s appeal goes down and you just don?t want to play this anymore.

An OK licence, but mainly aimed for kids.
