Surprisingly deep side scrolling shooter. A slow burner this one that got better the more you played it and understood the shopping system. Really loved this.
It didnt have the same detailed backgrounds as the arcade version but it didnt really need it as it is a very cool horizontal shooter with nice GFX and cool looking enemies to blast - gameplay is smooth and reasonably fast and it has a cool 2 player mode as well.
A really great shooter with lovely and very colorful graphics and satisfying sound fx, very good scrolling and imaginative enemies. One of the better ones, though the rotation of the gun makes thing quite difficult!
All the thrills and spills of the arcade crammed into 64K... bloody marvelous stuff.
