It isn't. There are coefficients to take into account. Here are the theoretic ones (calculated from the CPC schematic) and those of my own CPC (calculated from a blurry scopeshot .

Hmmm... it would be great if we would have a kind of "system" to exactly determine how the sound is supposed to sound. One could use a oscilloscope, but I doubt this would be enough. As data sheets of the PSG are not enough.
