Nonterraqueous two buttons hack

Hi,
I have hacked Nonterraqueous to be played with joystick only!
Instead of 'I' to pickup bombs/energy/swap form you simply press fire1, which also fires laser beams.
Instead of 'U' to use a bomb press fire2.

I also fixed a show stopper when you need a key and don't have one, you originally had to press 'S' to continue.
Now it's any key. Although it will end up in game over very quickly... you'll remember if you play it ;-)

I really liked this budget game, which was one of my first games.
It has a huge map. (1000 screens) I always wanted to get to the end, but it's much too hard. Only one live and hitting a beam is instant death!
So I included the trainer from AA. It's still hard to find your way to the finish, so I used the map in the same AA issue no. 4.

I added a nice menu to choose infinite energy and to turn off music (guess why!).

IIRC I reached the teleporter without cheating, although I was not aware that it is a teleporter
