According to [[CPC Schneider International]], issue 12-1985, page 6 (german), [[Elite Systems]] claimed that Who Dares Wins would violate their copyright for [[Commando]] (a similar shoot-em up game). According to the magazine article, the conflict was "solved" (although giving no further info on how it was solved).
