The German publisher '''DMV''' (Daten- und Medien-Verlagsgesellschaft mbH) was founded in 1984 by Christian Widuch in Eschwege, Germany, and totally assumed in 1992 by WEKA.
It published several computer magazines and books, distributed games and serious software for different computer systems and sold hardware mainly of projects of the magazines, like MIDI interfaces or eprommereprommers.
