TBH in my opinion this is an article which doesn't help because the definition of "active" isn't clear. What is "active"? Is it somebody who announced a game years ago? Or somebody who is quitely working in his back office? Do you know if somebody isn't active anymore? How long is the active time? Maybe up to five years?
